ibus-anthy integrates Era dictionary

The current ibus-anthy has provided “Era” dictionary  as known as 「年号」 since version 1.5.4, which can convert era between Japanese years and dominical years. It supports 「明治」, 「大正」, 「昭和」, 「平成」.
